30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our products, provided they remain unopened and in their original packaging. As coffee is a food product, we cannot accept returns of opened items for safety and quality assurance reasons.
How to Initiate a Return
Before sending any product back, please contact our customer service team at info@royalcoffeeco.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item at no additional cost.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return criteria (unopened and in its original packaging), we will process your refund. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
